Are there any restrictions to what i can use for my targeted visitor campaign?
The only restriction in place, is that the URL used during your campaign must not contain any of the following:
» Additional pops including javascript prompts, windows that load with your website, windows that load when a user exits your website, automatic download boxes, etc.. (unless you have paid the optional fee for one allowable pop-up)
» Sounds onload (background or flash) (unless you have paid the optional fee for allowable sound)
» Frame breaking code
» Scripting that alters a user’s browser
» Adult or illegal content
How are the targeted visitors delivered?
Your visitors are delivered via full-screen pop-under windows. This form of advertising is much more superior because it is less intrusive than pop-up advertising. The pop-under will automatically adjust itself to fit the viewers max screen resolution.
What exactly does “24 Hour Unique” mean?
This means that every visitor sent to your campaign URL within 24 hours will be a unique visitor. The same visitor will not see your website more than once every 24 hours.
How long until my campaign starts?
Once you order, your campaign will generally start within 24 hours, but usually much faster.
How do I know how many visitors or impressions have been delivered?
After your campaign is set-up, you’ll receive an e-mail containing your campaign details, as well as an address where you can login to check your campaign stats, such as the amount of visitors/impressions bought, the campaign URL, the target category, as well as how many visitors you have remaining in your campaign.
Why do my web stats not match up to the control panel stats?
There are many reasons that a visitor will not register with your server.
» A user cancels out the window before your site loads
» The user is on a slow connection and the request times out
» The user is behind an ISP with a proxy ex. AOL
» The user’s browser served the request from cache instead of from your server
» Your site was unavailable at the time of request
» Your tracking software could not handle concurrent connections
How long will it take for my campaign to end?
You have an option within your control panel to cap the amount of visitors you want sent to your website each day. You can lower and raise this cap, depending when and how long you want your campaign to last. Most campaigns are automatically set to finish within 30 days.
What if my site is down?
We can not be held liable for problems regarding your site availability. This shouldn’t be a problem as you can pause your campaign from within your campaign login area, so that you won’t lose any of your visitors.
What if a visitor is using a pop-up blocker?
If a user has a pop-up blocker, our traffic server script will not execute. This means that you will never get counted off for a visitor using a pop-up blocker since no pop-under will be displayed to that person.
